Post-connection checks

Connection is not finished when the button says connected. Run operational checks to confirm real production readiness.

First 24 hours checklist

1. Employee logged in with the correct account.
2. At least one valid record exists with project and activity.
3. Manager can see the data in reports.
4. At least one request lifecycle was tested (pending to approved/rejected).

First week checklist

1. Each workday has either a record or an approved absence.
2. No unresolved collisions (time overlaps, missing mandatory fields).
3. Overtime trend matches expected working profile.
4. Weekly export is valid for payroll or operational review.

Change management after connection

1. When work profile changes, verify the next day totals.
2. When role changes, verify permissions immediately.
3. When projects/activities change, verify visibility in Working Timer before rollout.
