Action catalog by menu

This catalog is designed for admins and managers who need explicit click-by-click procedures for all core operations.

Employees menu

  1. Add employee: Employees -> Add employee -> fill identity/work profile -> Save.
  2. Import employees: Employees -> Import -> upload source -> map fields -> Confirm.
  3. Edit employee: open detail -> update section -> Save -> validate in report view.
  4. Assign role: Employees -> Roles/Permissions -> choose role -> Save -> validate access.
  5. Connect to Working Timer: employee detail -> Connect with Working Timer -> send invite -> verify status.

Requests menu

  1. Open request: Requests -> select row -> review type, date range, collisions.
  2. Approve request: request detail -> Approve -> optional comment -> Confirm.
  3. Reject request: request detail -> Reject -> reason -> Confirm.
  4. Return for correction: keep pending and leave clear corrective instructions.

Reports menu

  1. Run report: Reports -> select report type -> set period/filters -> Open.
  2. Refine filters: set employees/projects/activities/state -> Apply.
  3. Export output: choose CSV/Excel/PDF -> download and verify totals.
  4. Compare periods: switch period and compare overtime/cost deltas.

Projects, Customers, Cost centers, Activities

  1. Create item: open module -> Add -> fill name/metadata -> Save.
  2. Edit item: open detail -> change fields -> Save -> validate new assignment flow.
  3. Archive item: disable future assignment while preserving history.
  4. Delete item: only if historical usage is not required; prefer archive otherwise.

Terminals menu

  1. Add terminal: Terminals -> Add -> assign location/context -> Save.
  2. Set access: configure who can use/manage the terminal.
  3. Run test clock-in/out with one employee.
  4. Deactivate terminal when retired from operation.

Company settings

  1. Update company profile fields and save.
  2. Set time model (standard/industrial) and validate report readability.
  3. Review holiday calendar behavior and overtime impact.
  4. Communicate major setting changes before next payroll cycle.
