Essential workflows to set up first
These are the places where admins most often need exact guidance. If you only read a few parts of this guide, read these first.
Working People and Working Timer connection
This connection must be part of the setup. Working People prepares the employee and company rules, while Working Timer is used for daily employee operation. The employee must also have their own Working Timer account.
How to create an employee
The employee flow starts on the Employees page and continues through the employee profile, work calendar, and optional Working Timer connection.
How to add a record
Records are created from the employee calendar. Empty days open a new record, existing days open editing, and bulk insert covers repeated ranges.
How to process requests
Requests are the approval layer for vacation, attendance, overtime, and similar workflows. The key is to keep review and final state changes consistent.
How to work with reports and exports
Reports help you verify whether configured data is actually producing the expected operational output. Exports are the next step when the result must leave the app.
